I've wondered for some time...Do Amsterdam and Noteworthy have the same parent company?

As far as I know, no.....Amsterdam Printing is a division of the Taylor Corporation....

When you click the verisign button on the Amsterdam home page, it
shows "Holland USA" as the owner of the site. Same is true for a site www.gopromos.com, it shows Holland USA as owner of site.
So does Taylor own Holland or the other way around?!? Who knows?!

FYI: if you can't click through and get info like this on a verisign button, it's likely a button someone put on their website to make you think they are versign verified. Info here will tell you more about verisign, including how to report companies misuse:

Best I can figure is Taylor is the parent of Holland which is the parent of Amsterdam.....

Looks like Taylor has each sector as a separate corporation and then those corporations own 1 or more divisions.....

I have received phone calls from my customers asking if I have a pen, which they received directly from Amsterdam, and which is sold at below my cost as a "special." The pens are ASI supplier Saratoga Pen Company pens (division of Windmill Press) it seems, or at least, you can find the exact pen in the same colors but called something else. For example, Amsterdam's Delane is Saratoga's Triple.

I can never beat the Amsterdam price during their specials (or I could, but my profit would be under 10%). I will have to take the Saratoga Pens off my website.

Thank you for your suggestion. In the meantime, my customer has gotten a sample of the Amsterdam pen in the mail with a price of $.99 each for 50 pens.
Saratoga's pen (same one) is $2.29 each in a quantity of 50 (my cost is $1.15 each)!

Thank you Sue! I will call them. I realize the Triple pen is on sale (and is the one my customer wants), but at $2.80 each in a quantity of 150 with 150 additional free (so $1.40 each). But customer wants no more than 50 or 100.
But I will call them.
