I am assuming you are referring to David Blaise. I have received emails from him all this week leading up to PPAI. I believe he is holding training seminars there.
Thanks for your concern, Derek. But on May 18, 2009 you requested to be removed from all our mailings -- which we did. As a result, you have not heard from us. So we've really only gone out of business as far as you're concerned. I have certainly not lost interest in reaching those who are still interested in being reached.
I guess I have been MIA to anyone who has managed to miss each of my weekly newsletters, monthly teleconferences, webinars, personal surveys, promotional mailings, audios, videos and live trainings at every major industry tradeshow so far this year. To everyone else, I've been fairly visible...
In fairness, I have not been active recently on DT, but now that my travel schedule is lightening up a bit, I'll make it a point to be more active here as well. I certainly don't want people to think I'm MIA!
Dave, I did unsubscribe no doubt. The MIA point was here on DT and also according to ITUNES, which I subscribe to, there isn't a new podcast since November 09.
I just went there this am to confirm it as I update regularly. Perhaps Apple thinks you are MIA too.
Actually, I really do appreciate the heads-up. As marketers, I imagine we all may sometimes think we're more visible in the marketplace than we actually are... It's good to have a reminder when we're perceived to be MIA among any segment of the market.
I'm glad that Derek brought this up, so that I could go check on podcasts from David.
David, in the iTunes store, if I search for your podcasts, the resulting list from Top Secrets lists only 79 episodes, the latest dated 2009-11-13. Perhaps Apple's store will take longer to get the fix/update?
I know you pointed us to another link on your site, but thought you should know that perhaps the store isn't yet fixed or updated.

The store always takes longer to update than the actual podcast. If you subscribe to the podcast via iTunes and click "Update Podcast" they're all there...

David,
Great to see you in San Diego.
This is a golden nugget, much like you mine out for others all the time and allow to shine for continued learning . . . .
I think that it's always important to continue to survey and communicate with your customers to ensure that which ever methods you are investing in, are the ones that your advocates are engaging into.
Something I learned from working with some Microsoft engagement gurus 15 years ago, when as a distributor at the time we were helping them brand some of their innitiatives.
Thanks again for all of the ways you make your golden nuggets available for all of us David!
